Login and Password for Packard Web Server

• If you have emailed me your Unique Name, A server account, has been set up for you already on the CSC departments web server named packard.  You should have received an email from Jim Norcross when your account was created.
  
• Your Login Id will be your Unique Name
  
• Your Password will be the Ann Arbor password assigned to your Unique Name.
  
• When you login, remember your unique Name and password are case sensitive. That is upper and lower case letters are different. Make sure you are entering your password using the correct case letters.
  
• Password problems: When you received your Unique Name, you were given a sheet with directions for changing your password for the Flint campus and for the Ann Arbor campus. Hopefully, you used the same password for both, but if you never bothered to change your Ann Arbor password, you may not know what was intially assigned, and hence is the correct password to use now.
  
  Jim Norcross can not change your Ann Arbor password for you but he can change the password used to sign in to the Packard server. If you are really stuck because you can't log-in, talk to Jim Norcross about getting a new password for Packard. His office is in room 102H Murchie Science Building, or you can Email Jim at: norcross@umflint.edu
  
  In your message tell Jim:
  
  • the course and section you are enrolled in, i.e. 263-1 (on campus) or 263-W1 (online).
  • Your Unique Name
  • What you would like to use as your password on Packard.
